Where are you based?

We are based out of Hamilton, Ontario, but our mission extends all across Canada. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We carefully prepare each and every order, which is also inspected by a licensed optician. It can take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.

What is a Pupillary distance (PD) measurement and do i know what mine is?

PD, or pupillary distance, is the distance in (ml) between the center of one pupil to the center of the other. It is important that this measurement is correct to ensure you are looking from the most optimal point on the lenses. Please refer to our guide on how to measure your PD. If you are local in the GTA please contact us and we can do the PD measurement for you.

I am unable to read my prescription, can you help?

Yes, we sure can! All you need to do is upload your prescription, and our trained, licensed opticians will review it prior to manufacturing your glasses.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, absolutely! All you have to do is choose the glasses and lenses that make you (and your vision!) shine bright as day. And we'll ship them directly to your doorstep. Yes, it really is that
simple and easy!

Is there a shipping fee?

We offer free shipping on orders above $150 and a flat $10 shipping fee for orders under $150. You can get more information about our Shipping Policy.

Will I be able to afford your boutique eyewear?

Absolutely! In fact, that's the whole reason we started UV boutique: to ensure that trendy, stylish eyewear is within everyone's reach. Our eyewear options are super affordable and aesthetically on point. (And if you're in the mood for something a bit fancy, we also carry some more recognizable brand names as well.)  

Why should I choose you over any of the "standard" eye wear providers?

If you want to fix your vision, then one of the worst experiences you can have is the feeling of being "just another" customer… Isn't it so demoralizing when your eyewear provider is rushed, inattentive, or just doesn't care about your struggle Sadly, it's an all-too-common experience. You'll never get that vibe from us. We are a family-owned and operated business, which means that we will always assist you with full empathy, attention, and sincerity until you are 100% satisfied

Is there a replacement or refund policy?

If there are any damages or issues with your order, or you aren't satisfied, we offer a 10-day refund and replacement policy. You can get more information about our Refund Policy.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, we run clearance sales from time to time, offering a 10-50 percent discount. Please keep checking our website or social to remain updated. You can also subscribe to our email and be the first one to get notified about our sales and discount offers.
